A male passenger in the car sustained minor injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment
LaGrange County, IN. – A 45-year-old Texas woman died in a car crash on Monday night near Howe in LaGrange County.
According to the Indiana State Police, the accident happened around 11 p.m. on the Indiana Toll Road near mile marker 120.
A Texas woman was driving a box truck westbound on Indian Toll Road when she allowed the vehicle to drift off the road, where it overturned and came to rest on its roof.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
A male passenger in the car sustained minor injuries and was transported to the Parkview LaGrange Hospital for treatment.
Officials do not suspect drugs and alcohol as factors in the crash.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
