Knox County, IN. – An 88-year-old man was killed in a crash on Tuesday morning in Knox County.
According to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened at the intersection of US 50 and Anson Road.
A pickup truck driven by an 88-year-old man was southbound on Anson Road when the man reportedly failed to yield to a dump truck traveling eastbound on US 50 and the vehicles collided.
The pickup driver was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The 46-year-old driver of the dump truck was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
