Kendallville, IN. – A man was killed in a collision involving a train on Saturday afternoon in Kendallville.
According to the Kendallville Police Department, the crash occurred on North Main Street at around 2 p.m.
The man was driving southbound on Main Street, crossing the railroad tracks and was hit by an approaching train.
The Kendallville man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say the crossing arms were down and functional at the time of the crash.
More details about the accident were not released.
