Las Vegas, NV. – Jose Nacario Belardo, 59, has been identified as the man who died in a collision in the northeast Las Vegas Valley on Thursday.

The fatal collision happened on the 215 Beltway east of the North Pecos Road on-ramp at around 7:13 a.m.

A 2015 Chrysler 200 was traveling west on the 215 in the far-right lane at a high rate of speed when it crashed into the rear of a 2015 Infinity QX80 being driven by Beladro.

The Infinity overturned and ejected Beladro, who was not wearing a seat belt.

He died at the scene, according to the Clark County coroner’s office

The condition of the Chrysler driver was not disclosed.

More details about the accident were not released.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
