Las Vegas, NV – A woman was killed in a hit-and-run collision in Las Vegas early Monday morning, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan police.
The incident took place on Flamingo Road near Paradise Road at about 3 a.m. on May 5.
According to the report, a woman was trying to walk across Flamingo Road outside of the crosswalk when she was struck by a vehicle believed to be a dark-colored sedan.
The victim died in the accident.
The involved driver fled the scene after the incident. Police are conducting an investigation into the collision
