Indianapolis, IN. – A man was killed in a crash involving a semi-truck on Tuesday afternoon in Indianapolis.
According to Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, the accident occurred at West 54 Street and Guion Road at around 12:50 p.m.
The man was driving a black sedan southbound on Guion Road when he crossed the center line and collided head-on with a semi.
The man was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The driver of the semi remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.
The police do not suspect impairment as a factor in the crash.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
