Hudson, FL. – Two minors were critically injured in a hit-and-run collision on Sunday night in Hudson.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident happened on New York Avenue at around 10:10 p.m.
A vehicle was traveling north on U.S. 19 when it struck a 16-year-old Hudson boy riding a mini bike
The teenager and his passenger, a 15-year-old boy from Port Richey, were severely hurt and were taken to an area hospital for treatment.
The vehicle, believed to be a white Ford F-150 pickup truck, fled the scene and was yet to be located.
