Hialeah, FL. – A 61-year-old woman died after being struck by a car on Monday in Hialeah.
According to the Hialeah Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of East Fourth Avenue and 49th Street.
The woman was reportedly on her way to the pharmacy and was attempting to cross East Fourth Avenue when she was struck by a black SUV making a right turn from East Fourth Avenue onto 49th Street.
The woman was killed in the accident.
The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the police.
