Troopers said a semi-truck was pulling out of a private logging driveway when an eastbound car struck the back of the trailer.

Starke, FL. – A 24-year-old Hampton man was killed after a semi-truck versus car collision early Wednesday morning near Starke in Bradford County.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 5:20 a.m. on September 24, on County Road 227, west of Southwest 70th Avenue.
Troopers said a semi-truck was pulling out of a private logging driveway when an eastbound car struck the back of the trailer.
The vehicle driver, 24-year-old Hampton man, was declared dead at the crash site.
The truck driver was not hurt in the collision.
The incident remains under investigation.
