According to local police, the crash happened on I-69 near mile marker 272 at around 6:33 a.m.
A 2011 Chevrolet Silverado and a 1996 Chevrolet truck were involved in a collision.
The truck overturned after the collision and multiple people were ejected.
One passenger in the 1996 Chevrolet succumbed to injuries.
Two people in the 1996 Chevrolet were taken to the hospital with injuries.
The other people in the truck were also hospitalized.
