Police said they received a call reporting a girl was injured in a go-kart accident on Saturday night.
Port St. Lucie, FL. – A 6-year-old girl was killed after a go-kart accident on Saturday in Fort Pierce, according to the Port St. Lucie Police Department.
The accident happened a while before 9:00 p.m. December 7, at Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park in Port St. Lucie.
Police said they received a call reporting a girl was injured in a go-kart accident on Saturday night.
First responders flew the girl to a local hospital in Fort Pierce. The girl sustained critical injuries and she succumbed to her injuries on Sunday, December 7.
Troopers said the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has been notified.
An investigation is underway.
