Simons and her two passengers were not injured in the accident
Warsaw, IN. – Gene B. Butts, 94, has been identified by the Kosciusko County Coroner’s Office as the man who died in a car accident on Tuesday morning in Warsaw.
According to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened around 10:45 a.m. at the intersection of SR 15 and CR 200.
Butts was driving a Nissan pick-up truck northbound on SR 15 when he collided with a westbound Freightliner truck driven by 35-year-old Brittany E. Simons, Rochester.
Butts was killed in the accident.
Simons and her two passengers were not injured in the accident.
