Federal Way, WA. – A woman was killed and another was seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash early Friday morning in Federal Way.
According to local police, the collision occurred around 5:30 a.m. on South 320th Street near the I-5 interchange.
A 26-year-old woman was driving a car eastbound when she crossed into the westbound lanes and collided head-on with another car.
The woman sustained critical injuries, and officers performed life-saving measures until medics arrived. Sadly, she succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
The second driver was trapped inside his vehicle and had to be extricated before being rushed to Harborview Medical Center with serious injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
