Las Vegas, NV. – A man died days after a car crash in Las Vegas, according to the Nevada State Police.

The crash happened along the 215 beltway north of the Cheyenne Avenue on-ramp on November 28.

Preliminary investigation indicated that a Ford Taurus sedan was traveling northbound on the 215 when it ran off onto the right shoulder, striking the right concrete barrier wall.

The impact of the collision caused the Ford to cross the northbound travel lanes, where it struck a Lexus SUV.

The 39-year-old man driving the Ford was taken to a local hospital, where he died on December 7.

The driver of the Lexus remained at the scene and was not hospitalized.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
