Cass County, IN. – Three people were killed in a car accident on Sunday evening near Logansport in Cass County.
According to local police, the accident happened at the intersection of State Road 29 and County Road 400 South.
A 51-year-old Hammond man was driving a car westbound on County Road 400 South when he failed to stop at a stop sign and crashed into a pickup truck.
The driver of the westbound car and his 54-year-old female passenger were killed in the accident.
A 79-year-old Logansport man driving the pickup truck was airlifted with serious injuries to St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.
A 78-year-old female passenger of the pickup truck was pronounced dead at the scene.
