Englewood, FL. – A 14-year-old student was injured after being struck by a car as she rode her bike to school early Thursday morning in Englewood.
According to Englewood Fire Rescue, the accident happened around 7 a.m. in front of Lemon Bay High School.
The girl was riding a bicycle to school when she was hit by a car.
The girl had to be pulled from under the car and was flown to a nearby hospital.
