The man was taken to Memorial Hospital for a head injury

Elkhart County, IN. – One person was injured in a car crash on Wednesday morning in Elkhart County.
According to the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened around 8:04 a.m. at US 6 and County Road 13.
An 18-year-old man was driving a 2017 Nissan Altima northbound on CR 13, approaching US 6, when he failed to yield the right of way at the intersection and collided with a 2017 Ford F350 that was traveling eastbound.
The man was taken to Memorial Hospital for a head injury.
He was cited for failing to yield the right of way.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
