Portland, OR. – A woman was hospitalized after a traffic collision involving an e-scooter and a garbage truck on Thursday at an intersection in Portland, according to the Portland Police.

The accident occurred at the intersection of SE Division Street and SE 25th Avenue.

Police said the woman was riding an e-scooter when she was hit by a garbage truck for unknown reasons.

The woman was rushed to the hospital. She was conscious and talking and her injuries were not listed as life-threatening.
