Deputies said a four-door Jeep Wrangler and a Honda Accord collided head-on in unclear circumstances.

Happy Valley, OR. – One driver was killed and a second driver was critically injured after a head-on collision on Sunday afternoon in Happy Valley, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office.
The accident happened a while after 4:00 p.m. on April 12 on Southeast 172nd Avenue, just north of Southeast Hemrich Road.
Deputies said a four-door Jeep Wrangler and a Honda Accord collided head-on in unclear circumstances.
The Honda driver was killed in the collision. The jeep driver was taken to the hospital with critical injuries. The two drivers were the only occupants in their vehicles.
Investigators closed Southeast 172nd Avenue between Southeast Huckleberry Street and Southeast Rhododendron Street following the crash.
