North Lauderdale, FL. – A driver was critically injured after a traffic collision on Thursday afternoon in North Lauderdale, according to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office.
The accident happened on September 4 on Avon Lane and West McNab Road.

The driver was flown to North Broward Hospital in a critical condition.
BSO Air Rescue and the Sunrise Dive Team responded to the scene to check if there were additional victims in the water.
A drone was also deployed to scan the area but detected no heat signatures indicating other individuals involved in the collision.
Authorities set up barriers around the scene as crews searched for possible additional victims.
