DeKalb County, IN. – A 28-year-old man was killed in a fiery crash on Friday morning in DeKalb County.
According to local police, the accident happened on U.S. 6 just west of County Road 19 at around 5 a.m.
The man was traveling westbound on U.S. 6 when his car veered into the eastbound lane and collided head-on with a pickup truck.
The westbound car burst into flames after the crash, while the pick-up truck rolled over into a ditch.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The pickup truck driver refused treatment at the scene.
