DeKalb County, IN. – A 46-year-old man was injured in a car crash on Friday afternoon near Garrett in DeKalb County.
According to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened in the 6800 block of County Road 327 at around 4:23 p.m.
The man was driving a vehicle northbound on CR 327 when he veered off the roadway, and struck a utility pole before rolling into a ditch.
The man sustained a head injury and a spinal fracture and was taken to a local hospital.
