Whitman, WA – A woman, identified as 67-year-old Sandra Hall, was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Whitman Tuesday evening, according to police.
The deadly collision happened at around 7:45 p.m. on September 2 on State Route 195.
Investigators said a southbound Subaru Outback carrying four 18-year-old passengers and driven by a 20-year-old was attempting to pass a northbound vehicle when it collided with Hall’s vehicle.
Hall was injured and succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
The four passengers and the driver sustained injuries and were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Authorities said investigations are still ongoing and the 20-year-old driver is facing charges.
