Charlotte County, FL. – Two people were killed in a car crash on Sunday morning in Charlotte County.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident happened on SR-31 near Bermont Road at around 1:30 a.m.
A 22-year-old man was driving a sedan north on State Road 31 when he crossed into the southbound lane and collided with an oncoming car operated by a 63-year-old woman.
Both drivers were killed in the accident.
