Authorities said a box truck drove off the southbound side of the Interstate and struck several trees in unclear circumstances.
St. Augustine, FL. – According to the St. Johns County Fire Rescue, a box truck driver, was killed on Thursday morning in St. Johns County.
The accident happened on December 11 on I-95 and Mile Marker 314.

The box driver, a 63-year-old Interlachen man, was declared dead at the crash site.
Heavy traffic was experienced in the area of mile marker 314, a while before County Road 214.
The box truck leaked fuel and crews cleaned it up.
All lanes were fully reopened a while before 5:00 p.m.
The incident remains under investigation.
