Humboldt Park, IL. – At least five people were hurt following a traffic collision on Wednesday on Chicago’s Northwest Side, according to the Chicago Fire Department.
The crash occurred on April 22 near the 3700 block of Chicago Avenue in Humboldt Park.
Officials said an unknown number of vehicles were involved in the accident.
Five people were transported to hospitals for treatment. One of the patients was in a good condition and the four others were in fair to severe condition.
No additional details regarding this crash were provided.
