Vigo County, IN. – Amanda Ludlow, 47, has been identified as the woman who died after being struck by a car on Saturday morning in Vigo County.

According to the Vigo County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened around 9:30 a.m. at 1740 E Harlan Drive.

Police say a truck was backing into a parking space at a Love’s Truck Stop when it struck the woman.

Ludlow, a resident of West Terre Haute, was pronounced dead on the scene.

More details about the accident were not released.
