The male driver of the Chevrolet SUV was pronounced dead at the scene
Allen County, IN. – One person is dead, and two others were injured in a car accident on Saturday afternoon in Allen County.
According to the Allen County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred around 3:45 p.m. on State Road 1, north of Union Chapel Road.
A black Kia SUV and silver Chevrolet SUV were stopped in traffic on State Road 1 when the Hyundai SUV rear-ended the Chevrolet SUV, pushing it into the Kia SUV in front of it.
The male driver of the Chevrolet SUV was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Chevrolet SUV’s female passenger was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
A juvenile passenger of Hyundai was also taken to the hospital in a life-threatening condition.
More details about the accident were not released.
