Albuquerque, N.M. – A man died after being struck by a vehicle on Saturday morning in Albuquerque.
According to the Albuquerque Police Department, the accident happened on Central Avenue southeast and Pennsylvania Street southeast at around 12:40 a.m.
The pedestrian was struck by a vehicle traveling south on Pennsylvania Boulevard. The driver attempted to avoid what appeared to be clothes in the road, but the driver felt the impact, stopped, and called 911.
The man was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
