Albuquerque, N.M. – A motorcyclist died in a crash in Albuquerque on Friday afternoon.
According to the Albuquerque Police Department, the accident happened in the area of Menaul Boulevard and University Boulevard at around 12:30 p.m.
A grey Jeep was traveling westbound on Menaul Boulevard was turning left onto southbound University Boulevard when it was hit by a motorcycle that was traveling eastbound on Menaul.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Jeep was unhurt in the crash.
The driver did not show signs of impairment.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
