Police say the deceased driver was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash

Albuquerque, N.M. – One person was killed in a head-on collision on Friday night in Albuquerque.
According to the Albuquerque Police Department, the accident happened around 9:40 p.m. at Central Avenue and Juan Tabo Boulevard NE.
A white 2013 Ford pick-up truck was traveling east in the westbound lanes of Central Avenue when it crashed into a black 2023 Ram pick-up truck that was stopped at a traffic light.
The driver of the Ford died at the scene.
Police say the deceased driver was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
More details about the accident were not released.
