Adams County, IN. – One person was injured in a car crash on Saturday night in Adams County.
According to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened on County Road 500 W near State Road 124 at around 7:42 p.m.
A vehicle was traveling southbound on County Road 500 West when it drifted off the road, overcorrected, exited the road and crashed into a marker post.
The 18-year-old driver was transported to the local hospital before being airlifted to a Fort Wayne hospital.
Police suspect speed was a factor in the crash.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
