Adams County, WA. – One person was killed and another was injured in a two-vehicle crash on Thursday morning in Adams County, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The collision occurred around 11:54 a.m. on State Route 26 at South Marcellus Road, near milepost 77.
Authorities said a pickup truck traveling southbound on South Marcellus Road failed to yield at a stop sign and collided with a semi-truck traveling westbound on State Route 26.
The driver of the pickup was pronounced dead at the scene.

Both drivers were reportedly wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.
The accident remains under investigation.
