Deputies said a red Chevrolet struck a home garage before driving down a hill, slamming into a utility pole and rolling down into an embankment.
Jo Daviess County, IL. – An 81-year-old woman of Scales Mound, Illinois, after a single-car accident on Thursday afternoon in Jo Daviess County, according to Jo Daviess County Sheriff’s Office.
The accident happened at about 4:44 p.m. on April 23, on North Elizabeth Scales Mound Road and County Road O.
Deputies said a red Chevrolet struck a home garage before driving down a hill, slamming into a utility pole and rolling down into an embankment.
The woman was declared dead at the crash site.
