Argenta, IL. – Seven people were hospitalized early Monday morning in Argenta, according to the Argenta-Oreana Fire Department.
The accident happened at 12:07 a.m. on March 2nd, on Interstate 72 at mile marker 149.

Seven people sustained injuries and were taken to the hospital by ambulance.
Authorities closed down westbound traffic lanes and traffic diverted to milepost 150. The roadway has since reopened.
An investigation is underway.
