Four people from the ambulance and one person from the second vehicle were taken to area hospitals

Minooka, IL. – At least five people were injured in a collision involving an ambulance on Friday afternoon in Minooka.
According to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened around 3 p.m. at Ridge Road and Wildy Road.
An ambulance transporting a patient reportedly collided with another vehicle in unclear circumstances.
The ambulance rolled over and came to rest on its side after the collision.
Four people from the ambulance and one from the second vehicle were taken to area hospitals for treatment.
