The Jetta driver and the front seat passenger were taken to local hospitals with serious injuries.

Salem, OR – Four people were killed in a two-vehicle collision in Salem on Saturday afternoon, according to the authorities.
The fatal collision happened just before 8:00 p.m. on September 20 near the 2400 block of Cordon Road NE.
Authorities said a Volkswagen Jetta was traveling northbound when it crossed into the southbound lane and collided with a Buick Enclave.
Four male passengers in the Jetta, all teens in their early 20s, died at the scene.
The Jetta driver and the front seat passenger were taken to local hospitals with serious injuries.
The occupants of the Buick, including the driver and two children, were taken to Salem Hospital for treatment.
The Jetta driver, a 23-year-old man, was later arrested and is facing multiple charges, including manslaughter in the first degree, DUII, and reckless endangering another person.
The Marion County CRASH Team is investigating the accident.
