One person was transported to Northwestern Huntley before being airlifted to Condell Hospital.
Huntley, IL. – At least four people were injured in a multi-vehicle collision on Friday evening in Huntley.
According to the Huntley Fire Protection District, the accident happened around 4:30 p.m. at Route 47 and Foster Road.
Five vehicles were involved in the accident. However, the events leading up to the accident were not released.
Two people were trapped under one of the vehicles and had to be extricated.
One person was transported to Northwestern Huntley before being airlifted to Condell Hospital.
Another person was hospitalized with serious injuries while two others were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
