39-Year-Old Man Killed in Motorcycle Accident at North Naper Boulevard and Plank Road in Naperville

Police said a black 2016 Harley-Davidson Fat Bob was heading northbound on North Naper Boulevard and was riding towards Plank Road when it rode off the roadway and crashed into a fence.

39-Year-Old Man Killed After Motorcycle Collision at North Naper Boulevard and Plank Road

Naperville, IL. – A 39-year-old male motorcyclist was killed after a traffic collision on Wednesday night in Naperville, according to the Naperville Police Department.

The accident happened at around 10:00 p.m. on August 14 at the North Naper Boulevard and Plank Road intersection.

Police said a black 2016 Harley-Davidson Fat Bob was heading northbound on North Naper Boulevard and was riding towards Plank Road when it rode off the roadway and crashed into a fence.

The rider, identified as a 39-year-old man from Naperville, was rushed to Good Samaritan Hospital where they were declared dead. 

The intersection was closed in both directions from Plank Road to Meadow Lake Drive until 2:15 a.m. 

The Lisle-Woodridge Fire District also assisted at the scene.

An investigation is underway.
