3 Men Injured in Car Crash on I-95 and County Road 108 in Nassau County

Troopers said an SUV was heading north on I-95 when it drove from the right lane onto the right shoulder. The SUV drove on the right shoulder, went up the embankment and struck the concrete guardrail for the overpass on County Road 108. It then rested upside down on top of the guardrail.

Nassau County, FL. – Three men were hospitalized after a traffic collision on Sunday morning in Nassau County.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident occurred on April 12 on I-95 and County Road 108.

Troopers said an SUV was heading north on I-95 when it drove from the right lane onto the right shoulder. The SUV drove on the right shoulder, went up the embankment and struck the concrete guardrail for the overpass on County Road 108. It then rested upside down on top of the guardrail.

The SUV driver, a 24-year-old Yulee man, and one passenger sustained severe injuries. A second passenger sustained critical injuries. The three were transported to the hospital for treatment.

No additional information regarding this crash was released.

The incident remains under investigation.
