Police said a multi-vehicle accident in unclear circumstances.
Chicago, IL. – Three people were hospitalized after a traffic collision on Wednesday afternoon near north suburban Gurnee, according to the Illinois State Police.
The accident occurred at about 4:10 p.m. on February 11, on westbound lanes 94 (Tri-State Tollway) north of Illinois Route 137.
Police said multiple vehicles collided in unclear circumstances.
Three people were hurt in the collision and were transported to the hospital for treatment.
Police blocked two left lanes of the Tri-State Tollway as they towed away the damaged vehicles.
The incident remains under investigation.
