Police said a sedan was partially wedged beneath a semi-truck in unclear circumstances.
Bannockburn, IL. – At least three people were hospitalized after a semi-truck accident on Monday afternoon near Bannockburn, according to the Illinois State Police.
The accident occurred on southbound I-94, just north of Half Day Road on September 29.

A light pole was knocked down onto the northbound shoulder following the collision.
At least three persons were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Police closed the left southbound lane until around 6:00 p.m. to give way to a clearing operation.
The incident remains under investigation.
