Police said a 27-year-old of Fresno, California, was heading southbound when the Honda crossed into the northbound lane and crashed head-on into a silver Dodge Ram towing a utility trailer.

Malheur County, OR. – Two people were killed after a head-on collision late Tuesday night in Malheur County, according to the Oregon State Police (OSP).
The accident occurred a while after 10:00 p.m. on April 14 on Highway 95 near Milepost 101.
Police said a 27-year-old of Fresno, California, was heading southbound when their gray Honda Accord crossed into the northbound lane and crashed head-on into a silver Dodge Ram towing a utility trailer.
The Fresno resident was declared dead at the crash site. The 74-year-old Dodge driver of Greencreek, Idaho was killed in the collision despite lifesaving efforts by a passing driver.
There were no traffic delays during the on-scene investigation.
The OSP was helped at the scene by the Jordan Valley EMS and Humboldt County, Nevada, EMS
An investigation is underway.
