Troopers confirmed a RAV4 was heading westbound on State Road when the driver lost control of the vehicle, and it drove off the roadway. The car then crashed into a traffic control light pole before bursting into flames pinning both the driver and a passenger inside.
Brevard County, FL. – Two people were killed after a fiery car accident early Saturday morning in Brevard County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The accident happened a while before 2:34 a.m. August 2 on State Road 520 and Kiwanis Island Park Road.
Troopers confirmed a RAV4 was heading westbound on State Road when the driver lost control of the vehicle, and it drove off the roadway. The car then crashed into a traffic control light pole before bursting into flames pinning both the driver and a passenger inside.
The driver and their passenger were declared dead at the crash site. Their names were not immediately released.
No other information concerning this crash was provided.
