Mesa, AZ. – Two people were injured after a multi-car accident early Tuesday morning in Mesa, according to the Mesa Police Department.
The accident occurred at about 7:30 a.m. on March 31 near Stapley Drive and Brown Road.
Troopers said five cars were involved in the crash. One car overturned on its side in front of a pickup truck and an SUV following the crash. A white sedan also sustained significant damage to its driver’s side with doors ripped off and the rear bumper smashed.
Tire, pieces of glass and debris was scattered all over the roadway following the collision.
Two people were transported to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
