Edwardsville, IL. – Two persons were injured after a motorcycle accident on Saturday night in Edwardsville, according to the Illinois State Police.
The accident occurred on Illinois 157 near Esic Drive at around 10:00 p.m. on April 11.
Police said a motorcycle was involved in the collision.

Police closed Illinois 157 between Lewis Road and Esic Dr. as of around 11:00 p.m.
Drivers were asked to avoid the area late Saturday evening into Sunday morning.
