2 people injured in suspected DUI crash on Highway 28 in Grant County

Grant County, WA. – Two people were injured in a car accident near Ephrata in Grant County on Monday morning.
The collision happened on Highway 28 at around 3:30 a.m., according to Washington State Patrol.
A vehicle veered off the highway and landed in a ditch.
Both people were injured in the accident and were taken to an area hospital for treatment.
Police say drugs and/or alcohol were involved in the crash and the driver was charged with DUI.
