Beaverton, OR. – Two people were injured after a two-vehicle accident on Friday morning in Beaverton, according to the Beaverton Police Department.
The accident occurred a while before 1:00 a.m. on April 10, on westbound Highway 26 and the OR-217 ramp.
Police said two vehicles were involved in the collision. The at-fault car then crashed into another car traveling on Highway 26.
The at-fault driver was rushed to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
A second individual was rushed to a hospital with minor injuries.
The highway was closed for several hours following the crash. The roadway was reopened a while before 6:00 a.m.
