Bryan Patrick McMahon was heading south when he allowed his vehicle to drift into the opposite lanes and collided head-on with a Toyota Sienna

Bend, OR. – Two drivers were hospitalized after being injured in a head-on collision in Bend on Wednesday morning.
At around 8:11 a.m., authorities responded to reports of a car accident on the Bend Parkway near the Reed Market Road overpass.
A black Chevrolet Silverado, driven by 61-year-old Bryan Patrick McMahon of Bend, was heading south when McMahon allowed his vehicle to drift into the opposite lanes and collided head-on with an oncoming Toyota Sienna.
The 21-year-old Bend woman driving the Sienna was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
McMahon was also transported to hospital with serious injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
