Foothills, AZ. – At least two people were injured in a three-vehicle accident in the Foothills on Wednesday morning, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The collision happened just before 8:00 a.m. on October 1, on Interstate 8 near S. Fortuna Road.
AZDPS said a semi-truck’s tire blew out, causing the semi-truck to collide with a pickup truck and an SUV.
At least two people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
No additional details were provided.
State troopers are investigating the accident.
